*Returns are eligible for store credit only*
· SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 25% or greater will also be considered FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
· All returns must be received within 15 days from date you received it.
· To be eligible for return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached.
· Exact color of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
· Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your Items and process your return. If approved for the return, a store credit will be issued in a form of an e-Gift Card and will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file.
· We accept exchanges if you need a different size of the same item, if available. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the same rules for returns apply, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. If we do not have the size you need, returned merchandise will be processed for store credit. You will be responsible for shipping cost to ship exchanged item back to you.
Something Wrong with your Order?
· If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. Please e-mail us at email@example.com. You must include photos of the defect with your e-mail.
· We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
· Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
· You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
· We encourage you to use a trackable label when sending back your items as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
